Fitness Level: Reasonable fitness and bush walking ability required

Pack: water, snacks and refreshments, clothes that can get wet for the kayaking, towel, sturdy shoes and long pants for the forest walk, swimsuit for after the forest walk, sun protection, camera and binoculars.
